One of the best of the new residential bldgs. in my opinion. (very slick and sophisticated)

THE VENUE at Sixteenth Street South, next to Region Field Park's outfield.

The VENUE next to Regions Field Park has started ground work this week. Well underway in fact.
This is my second favorite of all the residential buildings announced after the Highland Avenue Tower.

Wow!!! Exciting. I've driven past the LIV development a few times just to see how it's coming along and I guess I've missed this. I'll have to go check it out.

I'm also over the top excited about the Rotary Trail. I'm not sure why. The renderings just made it look awesome. I hope it delivers in real life.

Funny, I saw some people jogging on the dirt grade of the Rotary trail yesterday. Can't even wait. I suggest this means no lack of people to populate it.

YEP, I think that is what they had in mind.

The top of the center section is a huge top floor terrace with grills and all amenities for enjoying games.
Pools are located on the second floor in the two recesses at each end of the building.

The baseball museum will be built to the left of this view.
