Nice videos. Exciting stuff. I like how he didnt mention anything about the "rival?" TJ when talking about the cityscape views offered.

Ha ha! Yeah, definitely not going to give a shout out to the competition.

I'm super excited, because T.J.T. and Pizitz are bound to spur more economic growth along 2nd Ave North. Things are really going to kick into high gear when the legislature restores the historic tax credits. I'm pretty sure it will happen in the upcoming regular session.

I think Ichicoro, Ghion and Fero will be my first stops, but eventually I'll get around to the rest.

Well because it is the first new highrise being built in this city in a while and once occupied it will bring a lot of density and population to that popular area.

Exactly Tourian! It would be the first new high rise since Children's Hospital built its new building in downtown. It would actually be the tallest building constructed in the city in decades.

Oops. Forgot about Children's.

It will be nice to get light on in the TJ and Pizitz again and eventually The Empire even though they are not new construction they are just as important and noteworthy as a new tower going up like the Vesta.

Yeah, Empire should be completed by the first quarter of next year. My favorite is Brown Marx Tower! I can't wait to see that beauty restored and lit up. There has been talk about redevelopment for BMT, and I think it will happen when the state brings back the historic tax credits.
