Bessemer seems to have emerged as one of our metro areas economic powerhouses lately! Amazon, Lowe's, Carvana, and others have recently added big projects in that city. Now it seems that downtown Bessemer is starting to get a little action. Here are three recently announced downtown Bessemer projects. Hopefully more will follow!

good to see, and i hope it continues and manifests itself in some of those gorgeous old homes in the city getting fixed back up.

just take a look at some of these homes on clarendon avenue: Clarendon Ave

Agreed! I would love to see downtown Bessemer, Ensley, and Woodlawn take off the same way downtown Birmingham has.

Bessemer has incredible bones. It will be a slow grind back, but the potential is there.
