Have you used the search function in regards to neighborhoods and schools? This is an almost daily topic and you will find a lot of information.

Can you tell me what Section8 is? Thank you.

section 8 is a form of rental assistance that helps out with paying rent I was trying to find a real estate company or private renter that is familiar with section 8

hi i am going to look at a house off of roebuck parkway on navajo trail i want to know about the area and the school i have a six year old and a nine year old they both will be in elementary school please provide me with any information you think will help me.

Usually there is a local Housing Authority, and often they maintain a list of homeowners/rental agencies which accept the vouchers. Have you tried locating the HA?

I did a search and found this:
Housing Authority of the Birmingham District

Good point, Macrina. Roebuck would be in the Jefferson County Housing Authority District, for the most part. People have to apply for Section 8 assistance through the Housing Authority anyway, so desianjay would have to go through that process and be accepted before finding a place. Default I have 2 rental houses in Birmingham

Both in nice neighborhoods. One is 2 bed one is a 3 bed.
Both have fenced in back yards.
