We have 1920 style neighborhoods with English Tudors, Wood Bungalows and Spanish Revivals from the unbelievable price of 20’s-80’s. Surrounding areas have similar homes for over 150K and this area is about to start to flip this spring 2009. East Lake is slowly becoming the “affordable” Artist’s community here in Birmingham and we are encouraging Artists to relocate to this section of town.
