Hi, anybody know of apartments/complexes where the utilities are included in nice areas? My hometown has several, but I haven't been able to find so many in Birmingham, yet. Not looking for anything too fancy. Just a good 1 bed 1 bath in a pretty good area. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Um, I haven't seen many apartments that included utilities. Some will include water (others will tack on a $15/mo fee to the rent price) same for trash, but very few have I seen apartments that include electricity and cable. Some apartment complexes might include basic cable, but I haven't seen any in Birmingham. If you are looking for an all inclusive price that would be seen more from renting a room/in-law suite in a house.

The Berkley on Highland - A Historic Apartment Community
I know that one has internet included, not sure about cable.
There is another one on and 19th St. S. and 13th Ave. It is a brick building across from the Select my Space office. Im really not sure of others right now as I haven't looked in a while and was never really interested in that being included.

It does not include all utilities. I would say it is impossible to find an apt with utilties included. You will find some with cable/internet or H20 included, but the problem is water costs are so expensive in Birmingham.

The Oaks at Lakeshore includes cable...and I think it's more than just basic because you get all the popular channels, too. And you get water for a $40 fee. Everything else you have to do on your own.
