I need help. I can't decide if I should move to Los Angeles or San Diego. My sons are 9 and 11, currently go to catholic school so if the public isn't good we have that option. I'd prefer if they could ride their bikes to school. I am mostly concerned about them getting involved in drugs when they are teenagers. For myself, I'm looking for a place that has a little nightlife so I can get out for an evening but be close to home. I'd also prefer shops and cafes withing walking distance.

Need help with move to San Diego with good schools for kids

I need help. I can't decide what is the best area to move to in San Diego with kids for high school, Coronado, Poway, Torrey Pines, RB, Mt. Carmel, etc. I'd prefer if they could ride their bikes to school. I am mostly concerned about them getting involved in drugs when they are teenagers. For myself, I'm looking for a place that has a little nightlife so I can get out for an evening but be close to home. I'd also prefer shops and cafes withing walking distance.
