Beware the Boogie Man (child molesters)

Hey, I'm not afraid of the boogie man, I am more afraid of the tax man. I think the odds of one being financial ruined or loosing things to the tax man is much greater than one being exposed to the "boogie man". Which brings me to another thought ..... why is it that KY has a personal property tax for individuals ? That is one really big reason why I keep asking myself....Do I really want to own anything at all in Kentucky, since with PPT you NEVER really own it, the tax man does.

    Mt. Washington Vs. Crestwood, Kentucky

Thank you for the comparison.....I have been trying to decide where to live.....husband says Mt. Washington.....I have been saying Crestwood.......your comparison was helpful, but my biggest problems when I look down there is that development does not look very well planned, many old buildings and it doesn't seem to have many trees. I've only been down there a few times- So tell me am I looking in the wrong areas of the city?
