Posted 07-16-2017 at 10:31 AM by llrivero

Have you heard people say... "OH THAT IS A GDC Home"... or back when GDC developed.... ??
Well, recently I had the pleasure of meeting the seller of one of the homes a fabulous buyer is purchasing...... and he just celebrated his 90th birthday. He was eager to share his life adventures with us and stories of his home. He told us how he came down from New York because he had heard that land was literally being given away in Florida. He traveled with his wife and they purchased an...

Brat? You know who you are........

Posted 05-03-2017 at 06:16 PM by llrivero

In honor of Military Family month..... I thought I would give my perspective of a military brat... and only other brats can truly appreciate all of the fun times we had! Military families experience a lifestyle that no one else can understand..... once you cross through the gates of a military installation you are now speaking "Whiskey Tango Foxtrot". You can recite the phonetic alphabet like the best of them. (that is the language spoken over radio transmissions)

It...

Happiest Place on Earth.... Meltdown!

Posted 04-29-2017 at 09:06 AM by llrivero

This weekend has been a long planned girls weekend to the Magical place of Disney World! The magic was lost on the kids who were having meltdown's all around us! We decided the Magic Kingdom is wonderful, but most likely best visited at night by adults who are kid free. LOL

Granted, we are all Mom's...... "been there done that"....... so.. we understand the pain and frustration that Mom's go through with meltdown moments. BUT... I felt bad for the kids who were only...
