5% Lidocaine patches work great for back pain neck pain nerve pain and even shingles. I have been using them for years and you can keep them on for 12 hours at a time. The brand is Par. The 4% you can buy at the store are junk and that's why these are more expensive but well worth it if your in pain. Do some research on them they come 30ct in a box and just search par brand 5% lidocaine patches. I always have a few extra boxes!!
