Why stop at 22 pushups? I usually don't do pushups, but when my gym closed last March, my workout became 3 sets of pushups and 3 sets of pull-ups. I normally do pullups at the gym. I started with sets of 30-35 pushups and got to 50-55 reps per set when my gym opened back up. I guess the pushups and pullups helped me from losing muscle during this layoff. My usual weightlifting such as bench press is much less reps. I'm typically doing 5-10 reps.
