They that can Give Up Essential Liberty to Obtain a Little Temporary Safety Deserve Neither Liberty Nor Safety ~Ben Franklin

Boy is this ever so true. Sad thing is that many people in our society today have forgotten in order to preserve Liberty, it is not by throwing our rights away for "so-called" security.

Our Founding Fathers warned us one day if we let our Republic slip away, standing up for Liberty would once again become Revolutionary, and we would have to fight to get it back again if we did not uphold the Constitution and our Republic.

Long Live the Constitution and hopefully we can restore it one day...

Mammoth Hot Springs in Yellowstone

Posted 07-09-2008 at 11:13 PM by Kristynwy (Quote from Ben Franklin)

One thing I learned this year and didn't know because it was my first time visiting this part of the park; was that many of the Hot Springs started to dry up in 1998. There is a couple sections that still have a geyser or are flowing springs, but a lot of it was dried up, I was shocked... But still was pretty and fun to take pictures of.
