No, Boise is in the high desert. The only subdivision with trees within an hour is Wilderness Ranch. It has some nice log homes, but is not new.

There are some developments by the Boise river that have a river/woods feel. What kind of price range are you thinking? These would be fairly spendy but really beautiful. You could also find some lovely existing homes with this quality in several river neighborhoods--a lot of the riverfront properties were developed in the late 90's and early 2000's...

Thanks you are correct. My scope was too narrow. Since most of Boise's yrees are decidious. Especially this time of year, my thoughts went right to the mountains! Thanks for correcting me.
