I found someones bag in the middle of Summercamp rd. west of Clark, Saturday evening 4/23. As I did not see any police cars or PD in Marsing, where can I take it or try to locate the owner. I have not looked inside as.....it is not mine and do not think there would be anything that would identify the owner. I am posting on Craigs List but.....want to do more.

Any ideas????

TIA

Thank you. I just sent an email to the city of Marsing via their web site. Hopefully they will have an answer. I'll see if I can email the Owyhee county sheriffs also.

REALLY? BODY PARTS? If there were something like that in there, you'd definately know by now...
If the bag is not locked you should be able to find out who the owner is and what the contents
is...wear plastic disposable gloves just to be safe...if you can't find any ID let the cops deal with it...
