Try Benchmark Apartments: Boise Vacation Rental - VRBO 230651 - 3 BR ID Apartment, 3 BR Luxury Apartment - Fully Furnished - Central Boise (I have no affiliation with them, this is a real review). They are a regular apartment complex that has 2 furnished apartments, 1 is a nightly rental and one is a monthly rental. We stayed in the monthly rental for 6 months while we figured out if Boise suited us and where we wanted to settle. It was very nicely furnished, reasonably priced and hugely helpful in the interim.

Avoid the Benchmark Apartments like the plague! Well, unless you want to find out 4 years later you have 3000.00 worth of unexplained charges on your credit (collections). I know 2 other people this happen to personally, as well. Read reviews and check the BBB Better Business Bureau before trusting anyone from this company.
