Hi! My husband and I paint for a living and ship out of our garage to our customers. We want to sell our home and rent a house when we get there, (Boise-Caldwell-Nampa-Meridian). Before we sell our house, would like to know if anyone knows if it's possible to rent a home and the landlords allow people painting in the garage for a living?(we'll be respectful and careful of course, even if it means to put down some temporary cover/flooring). I understand that each is individual but wondered if anyone knew of anything similiar to our case?

We noticed that there were workshops available with houses but didn't see a whole lot for rent.
Does it matter if the home is in a neighborhood with HOA?

Anything info would be appreciative. Thanks!
