Are there any single-home subdivisions in Eagle for folks over 55?

There is not a subdivision that is officially "Over 55," but many of the area subdivisions are very well kept and have a lot of residents that are over 55. There are some lovely golf course and other areas with lots of single level homes with lots of older professionals/empty-nesters/retirees. There are a couple of over 55 subs in Meridian and Boise, too.

Actually, I ran a search in MLS and it appears that Pacific Heights is a gated over 55 community in Eagle. It appears to have some single family houses and some duplex style townhouses. The directions say "From Eagle Road, East on Old State Street, S on Golden Eagle". It doesn't look like there are any houses currently for sale in there right now, and it isn't a very big subdivision.

So I don't know if that actually helps you at all, but the answer is yes, there is one Over 55 subdivision in Eagle.
