When I refer someone it is a direct reflection of me and my competence in my business. So whether it is intended or not you are representing whoever referred you.
Thank you, Homeinspectorboise. I didn't mean to imply he wasn't experienced. He is leaving real estate after two decades and has been in school and going on parallel inspections since October of last year. If we make the leap, he will have another year or two under his belt before we go. I just know how hard it can be in self employment and wouldn't want to move our little family if we couldn't even get a shot at making a living. Sort of an impossible guess, I know. I have faith in him and we will have to go with that!
