Still working on convincing hubby that we should move to Boise....
I currently run a very successful home daycare in Las Vegas. It is very professional with a schedule, curriculum etc. I also have a bachelors degree in child and family development.
I'm trying to get a feel for the market in or around boise but Im having a hard time finding info.

Basically my questions are:

Does Boise need more quality home daycares?
What are parents looking for in a daycare/ preschool?
What is more in demand: a infant-5 yr old setting, infant-toddler setting or a preschool setting?
Is there more of a need for all day care or half day care?
What are the current rates?
Is there more of a need for a christian based daycare or non religious daycare?

I know this is kind of random but anything helps!!

I do... but I'm a stay at home mom available to care for them. I have noticed several other families in my apartment have stay at home moms too.

Sometimes I wish there was a choose-your-own-time daycare kind of thing. I'd love to be able to just drop off my kids somewhere for 3 hours and either clean, run errands or craft. But it's very inconsistent too. I might need that service 6 times one month, I might need it once another.

Thanks for the response!
Drop in care is great for parents but hard on providers other wise I would lean towards that!
