Insurance in Southern Idaho (Boise: car insurance, townhouse, costs)

Hi;
We are moving to the greater Boise area in a couple months and I am trying to research the approx costs of homeowner and car insurance.
I know that it differs from address to address, car make model and year and all that, so I just want to get an idea.

We're paying $92/month for 300/100/100 coverage for a 2006 and 2011 vehicle. We have been with our insurance company for over 10 years and no claims made.

Renter's insurance has been $17.20 for us, I think it's like $40,000 coverage.

I have 2 cars (8 years old and 16 years old) with low annual mileage and good driver discounts, and am about $300/year per car for 2 adult drivers. So $50/month/car.

My insurance on my townhouse is about $400/year, or about $33/month. A house would be higher. I'm only a 2 bed/2 bath.

I've been with Farmers for about 20 years now and had one claim on my car, but it didn't raise my rates.
