It's not the one currently open on Fairview. That location is a Showbiz Pizza Place that was later converted. The original was also located on Fairview, but further west where the Harbor Freight Tools is now.
Anyone have any pictures of the place or know when it closed?
I grew up in the area in the 80s, but my parents loved me, so I never was subjected to the horror that is Chuck E. Cheese. Sorry. I've never set foot in the door.
I had a friend who worked there in high school, but I think it was the new location by then. That was in the mid 90s.
When you're the right age (which I was in the early 80s) going to Chuck E. Cheese's was the most fun you could have indoors.
Especially in western Washington, which is where I grew up and it's cold, dreary and wet approximately 8 months out of the year. And sometimes just for laughs the summer decides to take the year off. So yeah, my brother and I spent some time there as kids.
I loved going to Chuck E. Cheese as a kid too. Good times
