Hi all. Was wondering who wants to chime in and opine on their top 3 favorite Boise area neighborhoods? Here are the criteria. Homes can be found under $400k, located within 20 minutes or say 10 miles from downtown. Family friendly and good schools would be nice. Don't necessarily need on a big lot. Bonus would be green belt access and even foothill access. Price can go up or down a bit in order to find the right home. Thanks in advance!
That would be my main pick considering everything.. quiet...close to schools, clean, your close to the green belt,, but not too close...foothills are north so it would be a short drive..
Lakewood use to be a large Dairy Farm and it still has some of that small community feel..
This website has quite a bit of information which I found helpful during our search.
