The Hyatt place is 1 block away from the Boise Greyhound station. It's brand new, I haven't stayed there but it looks nice, and the Hyatt Place I have stayed at in Salt Lake City and Portland have been nice. Not sure what price range you're looking for though.

There is some listed bus service on Sunday. Station open in morning and late afternoon / evening. Closed in between. Check this site https://locations.greyhound.com/bus-...station-770055
or call to sort it out and be sure.
