Should I move to Boise? (how much, house, calculator)

Hello. We are thinking of moving out west. I would like to know how is the pay for accountant who has 5 years of experience? What about driving to other major cities? How is winter compared to Pittsburgh, Pa? I did live most of time in Utah and Colorado when i was young. How much would a place close to downtown cost as to say a 4 bedroom house to own? We plan to make the move in fall 2007. Thank you for you help.

For an Accountant III (generic position with 5 years experience), it suggests the median pay in Pittsburgh is $59k and in Boise $57k, but the lower cost of living makes that worth about 2% more in Boise.
