Looks like "round-a-bouts" are getting installed, too. (A nod to YES.)

With the upcoming population "boom" it's concerning what Treasure Valley may become. Saw it happen to Temecula/Wildomar/Murrieta/Menifee. It was "ok" at first, then they had kids that became criminals...
I see that, also from Temecula area, before it was a bedroom community like Star, somewhat Rual and all single-family homes, then came the tract homes in the last 1990's that that was okay. Then came the apartments and in CA a certain percentage has to be low income. I don't think Idaho has those laws, so perhaps the "kids that become criminals" does not happen on the same scale hopefully.

Seems many from Temecula/Murrieta have moved to the Boise area I know so many, one just sold and moved to Star a month ago. The wave from that area to the Boise area.

Have family in that area and it has seemed to of changed over the last decade or so. Not surprised they are moving to Boise. Similar landscape with better weather.
