I dont know if this has been posted yet but all the 7-Elevens in Boise and Twin Falls have been bought by Jackson's.
I am not too thrilled about this because I prefer 7-Eleven it was one of my first jobs when I was younger when I lived out east.

I went to 2 different 7-Eleven's recently (Franklin and Curtis and Maple Grove and Ustick) and was told by both clerks that they are all being bought out. I searched online and havent found anything official.

Dont we have enough Jacksons already? My husband who is a native said that they bought all the Circle K's too, which he prefered.

Its not something that is happening across the whole country the clerk at the one on Franklin just in Idaho.

Opinons?
I think that we need more Mavericks!!!

There aren't bad but I prefer Maverick and 7-11. We just are going to have way too many its such a Monopoly!! We should have more options when it comes to convenience stores.

Crap! 7-11 is the lowest priced non-ethanol blend gasoline in the valley. Guess we'll be paying 10 or 15 cents a gallon more to go to Phillips 66 or one of those places for gas now.

Before I moved out here, I'd never heard of Jacksons. No different than any other takeover, I suppose.

I don't like their fountain cups, though. Every single one of them I've bought has leaked at the top.

I like Maverick's. They have diet mountain dew on "tap." That's one of the reasons I have a deep mancrush for Good Times...I can get a diet mountain dew with my bacon cheeseburger...yeah baby!
