Boise has a large selection of local organic foods and outlets, there are many more than I listed in my previous post. This area is actually a hot bed for organic foods/produce, it's pretty easy to find here.

The Saturday market is a farmers market as well as arts, music. It goes until around 2ish each Saturday and is held up until Christmas and then closes until April.
