Great book! The beginning was quite a page turning but it got a little boring in the end...

Last Child in the Woods:Saving our Children from Nature Deficit Disorder by Richard Louv.... the updated and expanded edition...

I wish this could be required reading for all people everywhere. It's so good... and not just for parents.

Just into "Hard, Hard City" byJim Fusilli, an intelligent, knowledgeable mystery by a writer who is more than just a novelist. I think I'm going to enjoy it.

This is my all-time favorite book, and I am currently reading it for the umpteenth time. It gets better each time, I find so many layers, and so many links each time. I could discuss it for hours!

I have always meant to read Roots.

The Last Child in the Woods caught my interest awhile ago, I need to get a copy, sounds right up my alley.

I just picked up "The Billionaire's Vinegar" yesterday. It's classified as a history book about a 1787 bottle of bordeaux wine once owned by Thomas Jefferson. Next, I'm going to read "The Turnaround" by George Pelecanos and maybe some of his earlier books. Pelecanos produced "The Wire", one of my all time favorite dramas.

I'm listening to some short stories right now, it works best for me when i'm traveling.

The Day I Ate Whatever I Wanted by Elizabeth Berg. If you're middle aged you'll identify with something in this collection, I'm really enjoying it.
