I've been telling my exercising sisters that all they need to do to get their buns tight is come over and work on my farm. My problem and their problem would be solved. Strange how they never take me up on that.

I saw rooibos tea somewhere, and then read about it in those books! You can buy it readily now. But I've never tried it. I should at least try it, I suppose.

That one has been on my to-read list for a while. How are you liking it?

I'm still working on the Terry Pratchett Discworld series of novels, but I'm up to novel #33 and I'm sad to say that I see the end in sight. I truly enjoy the author's humor and sense of play with words!

Ha, ha.

A farm with animals will definitely keep you in shape. I get exercise with projects and outside work but it's not consistent enough.

We are in the mountains and used to let a man keep his cows here. He is closing in on 70 and he would throw a bale of hay on his shoulders and walk up to the cows. I'm pretty sure all of that mountain climbing is what keeps him going. I can hardly walk up my driveway without a break

Ha! My most recent move was just over 2 years ago. This coming move will be my last for a good long time. I bought a townhouse 2.5 hours away from where I am now (Montreal), moving in early June. And then I'm done. I'm not moving back to the U.S. -- I'm staying put in Canada.

Your retirement plans sound lovely.
