I finished "The Last Midwife " by Sandra Dallas . Oh my goodness what a shock at the end . I loved it and can highly recommend it . Im now starting "The Captain's Wife " by Douglas Kelley . I will be back when I finish that one . It is cold outside and im feeling poorly I take to reading . This mess that I have I hope to soon be done with it . Since none of the OTCs have helped Im onto homeopathic meds which have helped tremendously in the past . Take care all until Im back with the next post .

Just finished "Young Jane Young" by Gabrielle Zevin https://www.amazon.com/Young-Jane-No.../dp/1616205040

I honestly should have given up on this one, I am giving it 2 stars.

Has anyone read her other book "The Storied Life of A.J. Fikry" https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/...e-of-a-j-fikry

It sounds like something I would like...I guess I can try it, but this time if I'm not feeling it, I'm giving up!

The Oracle Year by Charles Soule. It's about a man who wakes up one morning and knows 100+ things that are going to happen in the future.

It started off strong, I'm hoping it'll keep the momentum going.

"The Storied Life of A.J. Fikry" is a wonderful book for avid readers and people who love bookstores. I bought it based on the excellent reviews and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's not depressing or gritty, and it's not sugary-cute. Not sure if that helps, but I liked it very much.

I'm Fine and Neither are You by Camille Pagan. Very interesting. Hard to put down. Am looking forward to a happy ending, but it might not come.
