"Case Histories" by Kate Wilkinson. Just started it, it feels like a nice, comforting read. She has a good way with words and images.

I'm still struggling through "Mystic River" by Dennis Lehane. I just don't have enough time.
I've nearly finished "The Eye of the World" by Robert Jordan. Fantastic! If you like "A song of Ice and Fire" by George R.R. Martin, you should try this!
Currently listening to "A Darker Domain" by Val McDermid while driving or cooking.

Yesterday I finished "Dead By Sunset" by Ann Rule. Compelling. I remember the whole incident in the 90's, and it chills me that such evil people are among us (and, no, he is not "sick" ~ just evil).

How to Live Successfully with Screwed Up People.
I'm giving it to my room mate as a gift, but I want to read it first.

This sounds interesting, if not promising. I have lived with screwed-up people all of my life, and am curious to see if I've handled it right.
