University of Colorado cafeteria sports a Donner Party mural.

I'm re-reading, after 20 plus years, Anthony Powell's A Dance to the Music of Time.

Yet another in the Jonathan Kellerman Alex Delaware series - Survival of the Fittest.

I think I'm about ready to switch to something else after this one though = )

"Why is God laughing?" by Deepak Chopra.
I much prefer Eckhart Tolle lately, but this book from Deepak Chopra was a very nice surprise

Finished "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo"! Loved it! It started off slooooooow, but by chapter 4 I was hooked. Can't wait to read the sequel.

I'm now reading "A Thousand Splendid Suns".

That's a wonderful book. Louise Erdrich is a writer with exceptional gifts.

I'm just now reading her "The Plague of Doves"

The Revenge of the Spellmans by Lisa Lutz after reading the first two novels in the Spellman family series Isabel is getting on my nerves. She is like a worthless bum. She cant keep a guy, a place to live, and doesnt know what she wants to do with her life. The best thing about Isabel is that she has good intentions sometimes.

"Parallel Worlds" by Michio Kaku
So far, I've just started, but it's already grabbed my attention big time. Really makes you think. It covers parallel worlds, quantum physics, universe expansion and the perils of it. Can't wait to delve deeper. It was a christmas gift to me last year from my brother in law. It takes me awhile to get into gift books since I am back logged for years at this moment.

I just finished re-reading Snowflower & the Secret Fan, I'm thinking of recommending it to my BC.

I am about 3/4 through Dreams of My Father. I especially liked the first 130 or so pages when he talks a lot about self-identitly.
