I'm reading "The Lost Ways," a book about survivalism written by Claude Davis.
I found a lot of information about wilderness survival that I can use when I find myself in similar situations.

I am in the middle of reading The Churchill Factor: How One Man Made History by Boris Johnson. While I am not ready to say what I think this book reminds me of the "gonzo" style epitomized by Hunter S. Thompson in Fear and Loathing on the Campaign Trail '72.

I've relished her books before. Liz Prince doesn't pretend anything. I appreciate the realism and self-deprecating humour. If only this book was longer!!!!

I wonder where she works other than comics. I don't see or hear her name widely discussed.

This is a softcover edition I bought from thriftbooks.com.

And for my upcoming book clubs I am reading Demon Copperhead & The Searcher. I have read both of them before & enjoyed them, but I need to refresh my memory so am re reading them.

Indentured (The Inside Story of the Rebellion Against the NCAA) (Nocera. 2016)

A breakdown of how the NCAA came about, and the revolution against their regulation of college football and basketball. Good history lesson so far. But even tho it's only 8 years old, it's almost outdated because how fast the changes in college sports have accelerated.
