Freddy and Fredericka by Mark Helprin. It's a send up of the British Royal family, most notably Charles and Di.

Wear rubber underwear, because it's wet-your-pants funny.

Jodi Piccolut - Change of Heart

A lot of information on religion and she re introduces one of her characters that was in "Keeping Faith".

I'm not sure how I really feel about it even though I'm nearly 1/2 way through it.

Neither have I. I'm interested, too.

I just finished The Memory Keeper's Daughter (really good book, btw). Now I am reading The Lovely Bones, which so far has been good.

If I am remembering that collection correctly, some of my favorites were in Different Seasons. Is this the collection with the novella of the Nazi hiding-out in the neighborhood, and the kid who uncovers his secret? and the subsequent symbiotic relationship?

I seem to recall that may even have become a made-for-TV-movie?

So, what do you think, HG?

Which one? Sorry I missed it!! The Memory Keeper's Daughter seems like it would be a great movie. Since I've just started on the other one, I can't say for sure yet if I think it would be a good movie.
