Devil in the White city was an ok book. It really gave great info on the city of chicago and the bid for the columbian exposition that was held in 1893. the info about the architects etc was great. However, I was not as intrigued with the serial killer part of the book. I was impressed on how they finally caught him.

Cool - I bet I'd be more interested in info about the city and architects than the serial killer anway - thanks!

I just started Brother Odd by Dean Koontz, part of the Odd Thomas series. They're always a fun read.

I am currently reading Audicity of Hope /Barak Obama. And then I am going to read Angler : the Cheney vice presidency / Barton Gellman and then The case for the real Jesus : a journalist
investigates current attacks on the identity of Christ
/ by Lee Strobe. Can't believe I am reading so much non-fiction. I usually only read fiction. Oh, well.... I really want to read these as they were recommended.

but I did just finish Edgar Sawtelle and The Other Queen by Phillipa Gregory.

Finished The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society and I LOVED it!

I'm now reading "An Idiot Girl's Christmas" by Laurie Notaro. She is one of the funniest authors I've ever read (had me in tears last night). I own all of her books. If anyone's interested in reading her books, start with her first one, "The Idiot Girl's Action Adventure Club".
