I am looking for a good page turner while I sit on my back deck as the weather warms up. Nothing heavy. What are you reading that you found entertaining lately?

Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier. Not what I've read lately, but a good "beach" book.

The Bombay family mysteries by Leslie Langtry. Kind of murder mysteries with a farcical twist - the Bombays are a family of assassins living on mega trust funds in the modern world. Pure escapisim, light, and I giggled my way through all of them.

I just finished Kitchen Confidential by Tony Bourdain. Light and fast reading, fascinating insider look at the restaurant world.

Just started 1 Dead In Attic by Chris Rose. Easy to pick up and put down during the course of the day's interruptions without losing the thread.

"Heart of Glass" I forgot the authors name but it's a gothic romance and it makes you want to read it! I haven't read it but I know what it's about.

On another thread I was reminded of The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Society which I adored. It is a very sweet read but it probably won't last you too long because you will not want to put it down. It really is delightful. If you haven't read it, it's a for sure.
