I'm putting this on my list to read!

And it caused my own little brainfart because it reminded me of a movie I'd seen....FINALLY figured out it was Splice. Waaaaay disturbing movie if you haven't seen it!

After reading this forum I found this book at the Goodwill & now have it in my box of "to read" books. Plus I still have 2 other Koontz books I bought last summer in Daytona as I have been trying to branch out & read some other authors then I normally do.

That sounds like such a crazy story that you would -have- to read it!

TracySam - you're orig post was one of the best book jacket reviews I've read!! I've been out of Koontz for a long while but want to read this one only because of how you described it!

Did this book include a man who had psychic powers and used that to win the lottery? He travels telepathically to another world and finds red diamonds?
