A friend posted a link on facebook to a
series of tweets about Oprah's book club. She started it up again, this time with more social media involved. I think it's a pretty neat way to get it going again! I know some publishers will be glad.

I am absolutely loving her book choice this time,
Wild, by Cheryl Strayed. I have hardly been able to put it down. I don't automatically buy Oprah's book choices, but as soon as I read the description of this one, I knew it would resonate with me, and it certainly has.
Oprah might not have the reach that she did when she had her show - I hadn't heard of the new book club until I saw my friend's fb post - but I'm sure it will still have a huge impact.
