I'd like to find more like~Sociology of Deviant Behavior 14th Edition by Marshall B. Clinard,Robert F. Meier which I will have to request through an inter-library loan, because my library doesn't have it.

I'm wanting to read what can cause a person to become so depraved that they are capable of committing inhuman acts like those of serial killer Ted Bundy, and others like him?

Why don't you want to get it through Interlibrary Loan? I've use ILL before; it works fine. Does your library charge a fee for using ILL?

Or, you can pick up a used copy for about $15.00 on Amazon from Highland Park Book Co.

So far I have never had to pay a fee for interlibrary loan. I just don't want to have to wait so long for it to come in, so was hoping readers knew of similar books that are more likely to be in the catalog. I think I may have found some~Without Conscience: The Disturbing World of the Psychopaths Among Us 1st Edition by Robert D. Hare
The Sociopath Next Door by Martha Stout
Journey Into Darkness by John E. Douglas

I don't think that there is a terrible mystery as to cause (as in what can be done to prevent such behavior from developing). A lot of it comes down to brain wiring that doesn't (or can't) develop a complete sense of empathy or emotion, or where schadenfreude overwhelms what little sense of empathy their might be. When a sailboat sinks, you can look at the sails all you want for clues as to why it sank, but if you don't consider the hole in the hull you will waste a lot of time.

This one is on sex offenders. The book is more to inform people about staying safe, but they do cite a lot of research on motivation and habits, from what I remember:

Seems to me it would be particularly relevant to read books that relate the history of the various business/financial scandals - like, say,

The Smartest Guys in the Room: The Amazing Rise and Scandalous Fall of Enron

or

Griftopia: Bubble Machines, Vampire Squids, and the Long Con That Is Breaking America

or

The Wizard of Lies: Bernie Madoff and the Death of Trust

That's also deviant behavior, destroying lives.

Good point, but do any of these books actually address the cause of such out of control greed of these creeps?
