Oeuvre is just French for opera, which is the plural of opus (body of work).

Bibliography has always been used to show a listing of an author's works.

"Tome" refers to a single book. Usually a large and weighty one, heavy to pick up and full of big words. The term can be serious, or it can be used derisively. "War and Peace" is a tome.

"Bibliography" can be a single author's catalog (or body) of works, or can be a collection of source and reference works an author used to create his own book. Both definitions are legitimate and commonly used.

"Oeuvre" is also used as a term for collected works, but it's not limited to writing. The term is used for artists, dancers, musicians, film makers, and other arts. The term is more general than the others.
It's also used to describe several artists who all produce similar work, or all come from a certain time in history.
