In December 2005, the Guardian newspaper ran a list of the top 10 bookshops in the world ... topping the list was none other than Oia’s own Atlantis Books, which the article’s author, Jeremy Mercer, described as a “dream of a bookstore ... in a postcard-worthy Greek villa.”
