So here goes, I want some good book recommendations. I like a good romance, action, drama, crime, sci-fi, you name it I just like good books. Whatever it is I want there to be a romance story that grabs you and a little bit of sex is always good although no cheesy just sex, trashy novels (well unless it is happens to be a really good one). It absolutely has to have a good ending though. I have had enough tragedy in my life I don't want to be left depressed after a sad ending and I don't like books that don't have some closure (it is ok if it has a follow up).

I recently read the Lace Reader. It is a new book. It has some romance, it is on the mystical side and it has some twists and turns to it.

Have you read Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series? Has everything you mentioned...sexy, romantic, sci-fi/time travel historical novels. Thomas Perry's Jane Whitefield books are good too. Others are Stephen Hunter's Bob Lee Swagger books, Lee Child's Jack Reacher, anything by Micheal Connelly or John Sanford. All good mystery/crime and Connelly throws in a touch of mysticism. An oldie but really awesome historical romance/fantasy is Anya Seton's Green Darkness, moves back and forth between 1600's and 1960's. Try Frank Yerby for historical fiction circa Civil War. I'll stop for now, but like you, I read just about anything I can get my hands on.
