Hello does anyone have suggestions to good (modern) books involving time travel? I'm looking for realism, not over the top sci fi. I am really interested in parallel universes. I love shows like LOST and movies like Terminator to put things in perspective.

Again I'm looking for entertainment means not textbooks or anything like that. Any suggestions?

You might t try Michael Crichton's Timeline. And, if you've seen the movie, the book is seriously better than that p-o-s movie.

Eric Flint has written a series about a West Virginia mining town that is hurtled thru time and space to end up in Thuringia (modern central Germany) during the Thirty Years War. The first book is 1632. Several of the following books are collaborative efforts, but I've enjoyed them...

Has anyone written a better time travel story than Mark Twain's A CONNECTICUT YANKEE IN KING ARTHUR'S COURT?
