I heard from several people that this movie was a let down. I didn't like the book at all. The only other Picoult book I've read was The Tenth Circle, which I thought was so much better that I could hardly believe the two books were written by the same author. The Tenth Circle was made into a movie for television and it was so-so; the book was far better.
