The library called me Tuesday to tell me my "Under the Dome" book was here, so I went and got it immediately. Well, as most of you know, It's 1074 pages long. You only get new books checked out for a week at this particular library. I had already requested 2 books from the inter library loans that I've really been looking forward to reading, and my library called yesterday to tell me those 2 books are in!

The two are an Andre Dubus book, and Joyce Carol Oates, "The Beasts". I believe they are pretty small. (I'll get them Saturday) So, I will stop reading "Under the Dome", and read these two quickly, and just pay five cents a day on late charges for UTD. I've just passed the 225 page of it. The fee is more a day for inter library loans. Gosh, I love these kind of problems!

Thanks for the suggestions. You can't renew a book if there is a waiting list, and there is on UTD. Even though the library has several copies. I'm not too worried about it though, as the overdue charge is only 5 cents a day. I'm so caught up in these characters in UTD, I don't even care about the dome, lolz.

Don't you feel a cold coming on?
Maybe you should get a few days bed rest and take it easy?
Some orange juice, box of tissues, and a good book or three to keep you from getting too bored.
jk

It's the same with my library..can't renew if there is a waiting list...however, the books I get (History) never have a waiting list
