I think we need to address the health issue; I have had it preached to me to eat white meat in order to reduce the fat in my diet. Here they are pushing dark meat. I think before we all rush out and get dark meat for our new recipe we need to see if we are getting an ingredient too rich in fat. In today’s health push should we use white meat VS dark meet, or should we use European lean cuts as opposed to American Marbled meat. Would an Italian cut have a positive effect on our heart health and sex life, and how much butter is need if we choose a French cut.
This is a much more complex issue than just racial slurs, or poor proofing of a cook book.

"He was a one-eyed one-horned
flyin' purple people eater"

And now I pause for everyone to go to Google for the rest of the "story".

Default Regarding the Opening Post

That, of course, was supposed to be pepper. A lot of people don't check their work anymore. You'd be amazed the stuff some folks type or write, and once they finish their submission, they likely never catch a mistake they never realized they'd make.

I've gone back to edit many a post here on CD because of a misspelled or incorrect word.
