I'm looking for a Boston suburb to relocate to that is reasonably affordable and SAFE. When I say affordable, I'm really looking for an apartment that's under $800/mo. I'm willing to commute maybe up to an hour if I was to land a job in the city. Is it possible to find a place that meets that criteria?

I recommend looking at places like Quincy or a few towns like Salem, Beverly on the north shore. Mind you $800 might not get you much, maybe a studio.
