Hi All,

So I just moved to Nashua, NH a few weeks ago from Central New York for a new job. I haven't been to Boston since I was 5, so I'm excited to be back in the general area and plan on visiting your wonderful city on weekends.

However, I will be flying out of Logan Thursday morning at 7AM and flying back in on Friday at 5:00PM for a business trip. I'm assuming since I will be leaving at around 4AM from Nashua, I won't have many issues in terms of hitting traffic to Logan on the way in (Or will I?). However, I'm worried more about the 5pm arrival. I was thinking of hanging out in the airport for a few hours with my laptop until traffic dies down, if it even does that. I'm just not used to the area at all and I'd like to minimize my time sitting in bumper to bumper traffic.

Can anyone give me some insight on my arrival/departure times? When I should leave home to get to Boston and when I should leave to go back? Public transport is unfortunately not an option that early in the morning. My company is reimbursing me for my expenses, so parking at Logan is not much of a concern. It's more about convenience.

Thank you!

Realistically, it will be closer to 5:30 or even 6:00 by the time you get back to your car. Just head thru the tunnel to 93 north and drive home. Traffic won't be too bad, you're going to Nashua, you'll be home in an hour, maybe an hour and 15.
