I think that covers it, if there is a nationality of specialty I missed please let me know. I actually compiled this list with the help of 2 friends over the past few years and recently put it together as reference for anyone who asks. Between the 3 of us we have eaten at all these restaurants (and others for comparison) at least twice.

I have a serious "beef" (pun intended) with your selection of Flat Patties as best burger. I've had Flat Patties burgers and found they left me flat. Without a doubt the best burger place in MA is RF O'Sullivan and sons:
R.F.O'Sullivan & Son Pub and award winning burgers! - Somerville, MA
Best pizza is obviously Santarpio's and
not Regina's. Best ice cream is clearly JP Licks. There are a few other arguable selections on your list as well although I certainly couldn't tell you who has the best Pakistani food as I don't think I've ever eaten in a Pakistani restaurant.

Well Mike, this is the reason for this thread, everyone is going to differ on taste but if you could offer alternatives it just makes the list even stronger.
Personally the best Burger overall to me is still Radius at the bar, but that is a gourmet burger and I wanted to offer a cheaper consistent alternative. I have been to RF O'Sullivan and have found them to be overcooked each visit, which is a non starter for me. But that is the beauty of this list.
I also love Santarpio's and it is probably as close to a tie as you could get in my mind, but a Sausage Pizza "Well done" at Regina's is just a thing of beauty (Only the original North End location though)
