I've only seen sketch artists at arts & crafts shows, or arts festivals, mostly in the suburbs. Cape Ann, Gloucester, and Rockport are famous for viewing art and artists at work. Cape Cod at this time of year should still have craft fairs. The one is Harwich is fabulous. I've even gone to fall festivals in Wakefield and some sketch artists were there. Look for harvest fairs, autumn festivals, even Halloween activities in Salem. If I can think of anything else I'll post again.
